Cancellation & Returns

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us in the first instance, as soon as possible.

Under Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund up to 14 days after receiving the goods.
If condition of the goods returned does not match the condition of the item sold, we reserve the right to reduce the refund value where applicable.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you are responsible for shipping the item back to Fitness Equipment Services Ltd. and all costs incurred. 
We advise you to check the status of your order before you cancel.

If a product is either received faulty or it develops a fault, please, in the first instance contact us on 01782 280855 or at info@fitnessequipmentservices.co.uk. 
If products arrive in a damaged condition, you should make a note on the carrier’s delivery note where possible and inform us as soon as possible.
Photographic evidence will be required.

Faulty Items

Fitness Equipment Services Ltd will refund fully any faulty item returned within 30 days.
Faulty items returned after 30 days, but within 6 months, we reserve the right to repair the product, replace the product or issue a refund.
After 6 months, you will need to prove that the product was faulty when purchased for a refund to be considered.
You will be refunded for the cost of returning the defective product, provided that the product is tested and found to be defective by our in-house engineer.

Warranty

Advice given remotely by our call centre operatives is not a guarantee that the supplied part will rectify the issue.
We strongly advise a visit from an approved engineer before ordering parts.

All items come with a conditional warranty of 90 days from date of purchase.
The warranty excludes normal wear and tear on parts.
This warranty does not extend to any product that has been damaged or rendered defective, because of accident, misuse, or abuse or lack of reasonable care.
Should the supplied part not repair the machine as advised, we will refund/replace the part if the conditions below are met.

Warranty Conditions

Electronic Components.
Parts must be fitted by a FES approved Engineer – please contact us for details of your regional engineer.
Repairs performed by approved engineers have a 30-day warranty.
Returned parts will be tested upon return, and refunds will only be given if the returned part passes this test.
Parts may have a security sticker attached, refunds will only be given if this is present, intact, and matches our records.

Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly set forth in this Limited Warranty and to the greatest extent allowed by law, Fitness Equipment Services Ltd makes no other representations, warranties or conditions, express or implied, including any implied representations, warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and non-interference. 
Fitness Equipment Services Ltd does not warrant that your use of the supplied part will be uninterrupted or error free. Any implied warranties that may be imposed by law are limited in duration to the Limited Warranty period, to the greatest extent allowed by law. Some states or countries do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products. In such states or countries, some exclusions or limitations of this Limited Warranty may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty is subject to change without notification.

Errors & Omissions

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained on this website is accurate and up to date, Fitness Equipment Services Ltd cannot be held liable for any omissions, errors or price changes. All products are subject to availability.
